Your certificate is valid for 24 months upon receipt of your Registration Card. |

Once Odenza receives your Registration Card, they will send you a letter with a Departure Date Request Form within 7 to 10 days. The letter will list available cruise dates. You can select your cruise date preferences by either mailing back the form, or by calling the phone number (listed on the form) to speak with a cruise representative. You must inform Odenza of your selected cruise date at least 90-days prior to the cruise. |

Once your cruise date has been assigned, you will receive a Departure Date Confirmation Letter. Mail the form back to Odenza, along with your departure taxes*. Odenza must receive the form and payment within 30 days from the date on the confirmation letter. |

Remember that ship board beverages, gratuities, and excursion activities are not included. |

Both travelers must be 21 or older. |

Remember that you and your travel companion are responsible for all travel documents needed to board the ship or return to the United States. Due to revised Homeland Security and State Department policies, a passport may be required to enter/ re-enter the U.S. for travel by air, sea and land, including travel to Mexico. Contact www.travel.state.gov or 1-877-4USA-PPT (US State Dept.),www.dhs.gov (Homeland Security) or your local consulate for further information. Be sure to allow enough time prior to your travel to obtain any needed document. |
